Advertisement for the post of Clerk/Typist in Embassy of India, Stockholm

Position: One position of Clerk/Typist in the Embassy.
Qualification: Fluent in both English and Swedish (written and spoken), preference will be given to those having an university graduate, good knowledge of IT and are proficient in computers.

Description of Duties: To assist in tasks in the admin/consular section of the Embassy, responding to emails and telephonic queries, purchase & settlement of invoices for office equipment, coordinate delivery and collection of passports, consular documents and other misc work etc.

Working Hours and age: Full time job. 08.30-17.00 hrs, Monday to Friday. The applicant should preferably be below 40 years of age and able to perform duties on evenings/weekends, if required. The applicant must carry a valid work permit.

Pay scale: Starting SEK 21000.

Starting Date: 1st October 2020

Status: Contractual local employee in Embassy
