Revised Fee w.e.f 1 April 2021: Passport, OCI, Renunciation, PCC, Visa

It is hereby informed that the visa outsourcing services contract between Embassy of India, Stockholm and M/s. Cox & Kings Global Services Private Limited, Mumbai (India), has been terminated with effect from 11th May, 2020. Accordingly, the aforesaid company is not authorized any longer in whatsoever manner to render any category/type of visa services for and on behalf of the Embassy of India, Stockholm anymore. The Embassy of India, Stockholm will not be responsible for any dispute and/or loss arisen due to the visa applications already submitted earlier with at M/s Cox & Kings Global Services Private Limited Regus – Stockholm, Ringvagen 100E, 9th Floor, 118 60, Stockholm.

All Passport renewal applicants are hereby advised not to travel on their existing Indian passport as the old passport immediately gets canceled in the system on applying for new Indian passport.

All applicants applying for passport renewal service are advised to enclose their current original passport and prepaid self- addressed return envelope while submitting their passport application. Embassy will send an email with instructions for collection once the new passport is ready.
