Yoga Quiz & Writing Contest

As part of Celebration of International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2017, The Ministry of Ayush is organizing the following online contest for awareness about yoga and its basics. The Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) was formed on 9th November, 2014 by the Government of India to ensure the optimal development and propagation of AYUSH systems of health care.

(b) Benefits of Yoga for Antenatal Care
(c) Benefits of Yoga for Depression
